Villa 265 is a charming, pretty house situated in the tranquil C'an Xoti area in the lovely countryside between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa (approx. 3.5 km from each). It is reached by a small lane and offers full privacy with its hedges bordering the garden and pool area. The private swimming pool (6m x 4m, depth 1.1m to 2.1m, with ladder) the attractive garden -and lawn- bordered by high hedges, the plum-, pear-, orange- and lemon trees... all these popular feature make the ideal holiday home for a family with children. The villa is located in a nice and quiet area, yet within easy reach of shops, restaurants and beaches. There is a covered terrace and outdoor dining area, ideal for summer meals al fresco, as well as an attractive BBQ area. The villa is comfortably furnished for a couple or a family with children. There are splendid views of the countryside and Tramuntana mountains from the roof terrace.
The villa is a single storey house with two twin bedrooms, a full bathroom, a spacious lounge with both satellite TV and DVD player, a well equipped fitted kitchen with full cooker, microwave and fridge. Fans are provided for optimal comfort during the warmest months, as well as a safety box. You will find a washing machine in the barbecue area.
