This apartment is part of a fantastic complex situated in a nice residential area in Cala San Vicente, one of the most beautiful corners in Mallorca. With its imposing mountain range in the background, its green pine forest and its crystal clear waters, Cala San Vicente attracts painters and artists, excursionists and trekkers, divers and snorkelers and holidaymakers looking for a relaxed stay in an outstanding environment. You will find several restaurants, bars and cafés in the area, spread around the two bays. Puerto Pollensa, with its bay and long sand beach is only a 5 minute drive away, as well as the picturesque Pollensa village. The apartment and the whole complex itself is an excellent choice for families with children or couples looking for a relaxing holiday in unbeatable surroundings. The beach is only a short walk away and there is bus stop next to the complex.
The apartment has two twin bedrooms and thanks to the two sofa beds in the lounge it accommodates up to six people. It is accessed by the main building, where you will also find the complex reception, but is actually situated in an annex building. All apartments have a light and spacious lounge with satellite TV, an open plan kitchen with microwave oven, electric hob/cooker and fridge/freezer. Fans are provided for all rooms and every apartment has a private balcony/terrace with outdoor furniture. The generously sized swimming-pool has an area for children and is surrounded by a large sun deck/terrace with sun loungers. The complex offers washing machines for all its clients, as well as free Internet connection (WiFi) in the common areas. There is also table tennis.
