We are happy to offer you this front-line studio located in Puerto Pollensa, with a balcony that has splendid views towards the Pollensa bay and the beach.

Upon entering the apartment there is a lounge dining and an open plan kitchenette. To the left there is the bathroom and an open bedroom with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. Air conditioning is also available in the dining room, as well as satellite TV. The property also has a balcony with a table and chairs for two people. The views there, facing the bay, are fantastic.

The apartment is just a few metres away from the beach and only a short stroll from the main square, the marina, to the La Gola natural park and to a broad selection of shops and restaurants of any type.

Finally, we should point out that the apartment also offers a private parking area, more convenient than ever, now that the whole area is pedestrian after 5pm.
