Villa 287 is a 250 years old countryside house that has been recently refurbished. The owners have preserved many original features and stone walls, giving the property a lot of character and charm. The traditional, country home atmosphere is tastefully combined with all possible comfort necessary for a modern lifestyle. A pair of double studded wooden doors lead us to a spacious living room with a partially stone wall, beamed ceilings and terracotta floor tiling, complimented with satellite TV. A stone inner archway leads to a separate dining area with doors that access the rear terrace. There is a hallway that leads to the garage and to a small shower room. Next to the dining area you will find the beautiful, spacious kitchen totally equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob and a dishwasher. All bedrooms are upstairs, two doubles, as well as a full bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and windows overlooking the spectacular mountains behind the house. The outdoor areas are absolutely beautiful, well melted into the landscape and with a big sundeck surrounding the generously sized swimming-pool. This villa is ideal for those who wish to have a relaxing holiday surrounded by a natural garden, far from typical tourist resorts.
