This nice, two storey house is situated close to the main road between Pollensa old town and Puerto Pollensa, just a few minutes drive from the fantastic beaches in the area. Only the ground floor area is for rent. The interior decoration is traditional Majorcan, rustic and antique style mixed with modern pictures. The villa is the perfect family retreat with spacious accommodation in a strategic setting close to both towns.
The villa is also very close to a supermarket. There is a small lounge/dining room entering the villa. To the left there is one if the bedrooms, a double room with antique furnishings. A door leads to a hallway that distributes the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms. All the bedrooms have air conditioning units. The fitted kitchen is nice and inviting and has a breakfast/dining area.
The large built-in BBQ is located next to the pool and consists of a wood bread oven, BBQ grill, a sink and a fireplace. You will also find an outside bathroom and a laundry area with washing machine.
This villa offers visitors the opportunity to experience a taste of typical Majorcan living with the advantage of a private pool and short distances to all amenities and restaurants.
