Holiday villa to rent in Pollensa, Mallorca
Set in the countryside between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and only a five minute drive from them both, Villa 236 is a pretty one storey house surrounded by a lovely garden and pool, decorated in traditional, Majorcan style. There is a wide lawn by the pool and spacious terraces on both sides of the house, ideal for al fresco meals or relaxing reading areas.
The inside of the villa is comfortable and homely. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom, as well as a full bathroom. The completely fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar and is connected to the lounge/dining area (with satellite TV & DVD). All the windows have mosquito screens.
There is an outside utility room with washing machine and a built in barbecue. The swimming pool is L shaped and there is plenty of space for sunbathers. The villa has excellent views of the Tramuntana mountains.
